Appraisal Checklists

The checklist tools are for floodplain administrators and appraisers. They establish guidelines for appraisal report development and examination on which everyone should agree.

There are two checklists. One specifically for Actual Cash Value (ACV) appraisal reports, and the other for other types of appraisal reports.
